How can i get rid of blackhead scars on my face?

I popped the blackheads yesterday because i am so dumb and today i woke up and it turned worst and they look like pimples and gigantic and i want to get rid of them especially on my nose please help me because my face was clear before and i don't want it like these. I tried ice cube on it but it looks kinda the same.
