I would suggest you try the Neutrogena 3 piece acne therapy system. It comes with acne cleanser oil-free day lotion, and overnight control lotion. But recently instead of the night lotion, my doctor prescribed Differin to use before I go to bed instead of the Neutrogena night lotion. Differin seems to be working very well. Talk to your doctor about Differin and see what it can do for you. (Note: Once you start using Differin, you may notice dryness or/and itchiness and your pimples may get worse before they get better, BUT that means its working below the surface of your skin and the dryness and icthiness will diminish the more you use it.) That's what happened to me, but it really works. Give it a try.
