Here are a couple of things you can try:
Apply castor oil (found in the pharmacy near the laxatives) to your nose and leave for 20 minutes then either steam your face or apply a wash clothe as hot as you can stand. You can do this every evening.
Use Jojoba oil (found at health food stores) as a facial moisturizer. Jojoba mimics sebum so that your skin will not produce excess oil and it will also loosen the blackheads on your nose. Apply only 4 or 5 drops for your entire face and neck morning and evening. You should see some results within a couple of weeks.
You can make a simple exfoliant using baking soda and witch hazel. Take a tablespoon or so of baking soda and add enough witch hazel to make a paste and use the paste to scrub your face using circular motions. Don't scrub too hard. You can do this a couple of times a week.
You can use just plain old salt water as a toner and it will really make a difference in your skin. How to get rid of spots/blackheads?
Beat white part of an egg. Add one teaspoon of honey and with a cotton swab, apply it on face. Keep it around half an hour and then scrub well and rinse with warm water. This is also good for blackheads and dark spots. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
