How can i remove blackheads?

i have black heads on my cheeck and some black spots also. i have hyperpigmentation(black marks) on my nose.can somebody help me to get rid of these problemsHow can i remove blackheads?

to remove these you first have to massage your face with a cold cream for say a minute or so then steam youf face either use a steamer if not then heat sone water and put it in a large and wide container,let the steam raseup to your face you should cover this container with your face in it useing a thick cloth you can come up for some air if you can not stay in long do this for five minutes,this will open your pores up .now wipe your face gently useing upward moves lightly,now usenig your finger pads gently press the black heads out,you can cover your fingers with cotton wool for hygen and if yiue nails r big.after removing them wash your face with water only and apply a mask this will close your open pores.next use a mosturiseing cream on youy face very sparingly,then relex and drink lots or water do not apply make up for 24 hours.
