go to walmart and get an exfoliter body scrub and scrub your butt everyday in the shower that should do it
uhmm gross. but looffa`s would probably work. you can get them at walmart.
soak in some hot water or put a hot wet towel to it, then after a while, squeeze it out, this will eliminate the pain and marks after.
I wouldn't post a picture either...
