Steam your face. Get a large cooking pot and put it on the stove with some water in it and heat it until it's just about to start boiling, take it off and put it on a hot pad then get a large towel and allow your face to hover over the pot (not too close) while the towel is over your head. It'll get into your pores and kill the bacteria and dirt that's building up in your pores (acne and blackheads). I use the blackhead removal tool all the time and they are good specially for the forehead. Try these specially the gold ones are pretty good.
